Entering her final season in a 'Belles uniform, senior Tess Brindock will be looked upon as the floor leader to begin the process of returning Angelo State to the upper echelon of the Lone Star Conference.
The 5-10 setter from Rockwall is currently fourth on ASU's career assists list and with one more solid campaign could pass former Rambelle Jodi Cave for third. Brindock has amassed 3,001 assists in her three seasons at Angelo State and trails Cave by 1,128 entering the 2008 season.
The 2007 season saw Brindock lead the team with a 10.08 assist-per-game average, good for ninth in the LSC, while finishing third on the team in total blocks, tied for third in service aces and fourth in digs.
