Kristen Lozano had all three RBI as St. Edward's avoided elimination with a 3-0 victory over Central Oklahoma in game ten at the 2008 NCAA DII South Central Regional Tournament at the ASU Softball Complex in San Angelo.

Lozano opened up the scoring with a two-run home run in the bottom of the first inning, her 10th of the season, and added an RBI triple in the fifth frame to seal the win for the Hilltoppers. Lozano ended the game going 2-for-3 with three RBI and a run scored.

Diana Cezeaux (22-8) picked up the victory in relief as she tossed the final 3.2 innings allowing just two hits while fanning two Bronchos. St. Edward's (47-15) will now play Abilene Christian at 6:30 p.m. Friday night in another elimination game.

For UCO, Molly Shivers (13-3) was handed the loss giving up three earned runs on seven hits in five innings of work. Jodi Craig went 3-for-3 for the Bronchos (36-16) with two doubles.
