Angelo State junior designated hitter Keith Towne was named to his third All-America team of the season as he was honored as a third team selection by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA).

The Katy native was named second team All-America by CoSIDA and was a third team pick by the NCBWA earlier this spring. Towne finished second in NCAA Division II with an ASU and LSC single-season record 26 home runs while also leading the Rams with 180 total bases and 86 RBI, fourth and seventh in NCAA D-II, respectively.
