- A late rally in the final five minutes of the second half, Avery McNeme found Kiah Benham 15-yards out and hit the back left corner of the net to tie the game, 1-1, and force an overtime period.
- In a minute and a half, Trenadey Scott grabbed a rebound and found the back of the net to end the overtime period and the game in favor of the Belles, 2-1.

Coach McCorkle's Thoughts:
"I thought we played a really good game tonight. I thought that we had a lot of possession and had the ball on their half of the field a lot of the match. In the second half, Lubbock Christian did a little bit better job about getting forward and obviously, their long set pieces were an issue for us but I thought that outside of the one we let in for the goal I thought we had a lot of play tonight. I was pleased with our performance overall, we just couldn't get one past the goalkeeper. At the end, we had the big emotional letdown when we thought we had given away the game with four minutes left and that goal was disallowed for a handball and we go right back down and we score and then we go into overtime and we score again. I think that speaks a lot to our team's mentality and our ability to overcome challenges."
Key Performances:
- Scott went 3-for-3 on the night with one goal, while Benham had two shots with one on target and one goal.
- McNeme tallied three shots with one on target and one assist, while Reagan Urbany notched three shots and two on goal.
- Ally Warren registered two shots with one on target, while Valerie Solis and Maddi Kyle each had one shot.
- In goal, Kira Miller grabbed three saves against just one goal in 91 minutes of action.
