DENTON, Texas – The Angelo State University women's soccer team fell to Texas Woman's University on Friday night, 1-0.

The Belles fall to 11-4-1 overall and 7-3-1 in conference action.

• Early in the first half, the Belles fouled giving the Pioneers a penalty kick opportunity, which turned into a goal to give Texas Woman's the early 1-0 lead.
• The Blue and Gold struggled to find their momentum, as the Pioneers claimed the 1-0 victory.
• TWU outshot the Belles 10-4.

• Avery McNeme, Valerie Solis, Trenadey Scott, and Kiah Benham all tallied one shot for the Belles while McNeme and Benham each had their shots land on target.
• Kira Miller made six saves between the pipes.
