SAN ANGELO, Texas – Andres Ibarguen was named to the All-Texas Division II Team as released by Dave Campbell Texas Basketball on Wednesday.

Despite the men's basketball team season ending abruptly, Ibarguen was a big impact on both sides of the court for Angelo State. He tallied 13 double doubles and was the top offensive rebounder in the nation with 5.4 per game while ranking fourth in the nation in field goal percentage with a 68.4 percent and led the conference. Ibarguen averaged 10.4 rebounds per game to rank second in the conference and 12^th in the nation, while adding 14.3 points per game. The 6-5 forward helped the Rams to their second straight NCAA Tournament appearance. He led the Rams defense with 289 total rebounds with 152 of them offensively and 137 defensively.
