CJ Odom earned the first Lone Star Conference Offensive Player of the Week honor of the season after helping the Rams to a defeat of 21
st-ranked Lindenwood 40-20 to start the year.

Odom, a junior running back from Hemet, Calif., collected a game-high 127 rushing yards off 10 attempts and earned a touchdown. He averaged 12.7 yards a carry and finished with a long of 46 yards.

The Rams continue on the road this week as they travel to Chadron State on Saturday, Sept. 11.
