COACHES TAKE
"We have the win in one hand, we can't clear it out and the girl hits it on a rope to the far post then we go to penalties and penalties are penalties," said Rambelles Head Coach
Travis McCorkle. "We picked the players we thought had done well during training. A couple opportunities for us to get the win. We should be in (the NCAA Tournament), but there is always some way we could be out. We will find out Monday evening around six. Right now we need to focus back on our training, and hope that can help us get over this loss and be ready to compete in the NCAA tournament."
NEXT UP
The Rambelles await the NCAA selection show to see if they make it into the South Central regional of the NCAA DII women's soccer tournament. Six teams make it into the South Central regional and the Belles were last ranked number three in the region.
