LAST TIME OUT: The Rams picked up a big road victory over Texas A&M – Kingsville last weekend, defeating the Javelinas 38-16. Quarterback
Gerald Gardner tossed three touchdown passes while running for another score while the defense finished with four interceptions in the game.

The Rams have not lost a game in the short history against the Falcons, winning the first six meetings since the 2016 season. ASU is averaging 53.5 points per game against UTPB with the largest margin of victory coming in 2019 at 65-7. The Rams defeated the Falcons on the road last year, winning 34-21.

After collecting nine total tackles, an interception, and half a sack against the Javelinas,
Andrew Pitts was named the Lone Star Conference Defensive Player of the Week.

-The Rams hold the top defense in the Lone Star, allowing only 18.5 points per game and giving up 249.2 yards per game.
-ASU is second in the LSC in scoring offense with 34.3 points per game, averaging 400.3 yards of offense which is also second.
