The Angelo State football team will look to get back in the win column on Saturday as the Rams travel to West Texas A&M for a Lone Star Conference matchup against the Buffs at Bain-Schaeffer Buffalo Stadium.
 
LAST TIME OUT: The Rams dropped a close home contest to UT Permian Basin, falling 28-23. Bradley Larson went 3-for-3 on field goal attempts, making a long of 48 yards while Andrew Pitts blocked a field goal before returning it for a touchdown. The Falcons tallied 366 yards of total offense while the Rams finished with 280.

The Rams scored 28 unanswered points against West Alabama to open the season with a 38-14 win over the Tigers.

After finishing the 2022 LSC season undefeated, the Rams were selected as the favorites to repeat in 2023, earning the top spot in the conference preseason coaches' poll.
