The 20^th-ranked Angelo State football team will look to put together a winning streak in Lone Star Conference play this weekend as the Rams travel to face Eastern New Mexico on Saturday.
 
LAST TIME OUT: The Rams put together a complete performance against Western New Mexico, winning 62-9 at home. ASU tallied 557 yards of offense against the Mustangs while five different Rams rushed for a touchdown. Defensively, the Rams held WNMU to -13 yards rushing with only 134 yards of total offense.

Angelo State leads the all-time series against the Greyhounds while taking three of the last four meetings. The Rams are averaging 34.33 points when facing the Greyhounds with the largest margin of victory coming in the 2021 season with a 59-7 win.
 
SCOUTING THE GREYHOUNDS:

• The Greyhounds hold a 3-1 overall record heading into this weekend, picking up wins over New Mexico Highlands, Sul Ross State, and Western Oregon.
• ENMU lost against Midwestern State last week, dropping a close contest 34-31 as the Mustangs converted a 54-yard field goal as time expired.
• The Greyhounds rank third in the LSC in scoring, averaging 35 points per game while totaling 384.5 yards. ENMU ranks in the middle of the pack defensively, allowing 25.3 points per game and 306.8 yards.
• Elijah Zeh leads the conference in rushing, averaging 99.5 yards per game with four touchdowns.

The Rams moved up in the polls, coming in at No. 20 in the AFCA Division II Coaches' poll while D2Football.com lists the Rams at 19^th.
 
BREAKOUT GAME AT HOME:
In his first appearance at home for the Rams, freshman running back Jayden Jones ran for 113 yards and a touchdown against the Mustangs.
 
BACK-TO-BACK 100 YARD GAMES:
Zorhan Rideaux has crossed the 100-yard receiving mark in each of the last two games, totaling 182 yards against Central Washington and 112 yards against the Mustangs.

Kicker Bradley Larson currently ranks second overall in the conference in total points with 31 on the season. He is 19-for-19 in PATs this season with his longest field goal being 43 yards.
 
QUICK HITS:
-The Rams have the second-highest ranked offense in the Lone Star with 444 yards of offense per game while also ranking second in defense, allowing 241.5 yards.
-ASU ranks third in passing offense with 281 yards per game with eight passing touchdowns this season.
-The Rams lead the LSC in sacks with 11 on the season.
-ASU's defense ranks first in the conference in opponent third-down conversions, allowing a first down only 28.3 percent of the time.
