From Travis McCorkle: "It was nice to see the transfer,
Graycen Rasmussen, come in and make an instant impact with a great pass from
Neleh Coleman. It was great to see
Madison Maxey get her goal in the 84th minute; she's always trying to get forward, and it was great to see freshman
Kailee Meyer keep with it after bouncing around in the box and putting it in the back of the net was nice to see."
"I can't believe the foul numbers were not double what they were. It was a great physical match. It was an ideal start to the season to get ready for two great teams in front of us: Central Oklahoma and East Oklahoma. Two days later, we will have hard competition with our home opener against MSU Denver and Regis. I am also proud of
Amber Lockwood for keeping a clean sheet to start the season. The team played well overall."
