From
Travis McCorkle: Q: Coach defense tonight was really good. What did you see in your girls that you really liked? A: They were bending in our defense, but they did not break. I thought we did a really good job with our headers. I did think we did not do well when the ball was on the ground, so in individual defending, I thought they were a little tentative. I thought in the second half we were better, we controlled the pace of play more. Q: In the second half, what did you do more to put the pressure on UT Tyler to score the goal? A: It was the passing, you know, going for the in behind, and let's find passes. I felt that there was great build-up to get the free kick, and after the kick to give Graycen the game-winning goal, I was really happy for her that she was able to do that. Q: A five-game winning streak is good, but what would you like to see in your girls to keep this going? A: I would like to win the next one, but we have to be consistent in both halves against Midwestern State.
