2010: An NCAA Division II All-American for the third consecutive year as a member of ASU’s second-place 4x400-meter relay team that finished second at the national meet...Also helped the 4x100-meter team finish sixth in the nation and qualified for nationals in the 400-meter hurdles...Selected as the LSC Track and Field Academic Player of the Year, an All-Academic Team member and earned All-LSC honors...Ran career-best 10.75 in the 100-meter run at the LSC Championships…Had two first place finishes in the 400-meter hurdles at the Incarnate Word Relays and the David Noble/Angelo State Relays.

2009: Claimed All-America honors for the second straight season as part of the Rams’ 4x400-meter relay squad that placed fourth at the 2009 NCAA Division II National Championships…Set a personal best in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 53.79 at the Texas Twilight.

2008: Earned All-America certificates in the 400- and 1,600-meter relays as part of ASU’s eighth-place squads at the NCAA D-II meet…Placed seventh in the 400 hurdles at LSC meet.

High School: Two-sport standout at Wall High School…Also played football for the Hawks…Four-year state qualifier in the 300-meter hurdles…Placed third or better at the state meet three times, including a state title as a junior…Part of state-champion mile relay squad as a senior…
