Biography
2010: An NCAA Division II All-American with a third place throw of 215-11.5 (65.83) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships (5/29)...Had three wins in the javelin throw at the LSC Championships, Tarleton State Invitational, and the Trinity Open…Had a career-best throw of 218-4 (66.54m) in the UTA Bobby Lane Track and Field Invitational…Had a season-best jump of 15-11 (4.85m) in the pole vault at the David Noble/Angelo State Relays.
2009: Earned All-America honors as a sophomore in the javelin, placing seventh at the NCAA Division II National Championships…Placed third in the javelin and fourth in the pole vault at the 2009 LSC Championships…Posted a career-best of 15-7 in the pole vault at the LSC meet…Had career-best javelin throw of 210-1 at the ASU Relays…Also played football for ASU.
2008: Placed second in the javelin at the Lone Star Conference Championships.
