2012: Named LSC All-Conference for winning the 10,000m ... Placed third in the 1500m with a time of 4:41.61 ... Ran the second-fasest time in program history in the 10,000m with a 38:25.49 ... Won the 1500m at the Michael Johnson/Dr. Pepper Classic ... Finished in the top five in seven different races during the season. 

2011: Earned all-conference honors for placing secon in both the 10,000m and 1500m and third in the 5,000m ... Won the 1500m in a career best time at the David Noble/Angelo State Relays in a time of 4:47.39 ... Set a career best in the 10,000m with a time of 38:58.95 at the LSC Championships

2010: Won the 5,000-meter run at the McMurry Relays (4/1) with a time of 20:17.24…Had a career-best time of 5:01.12 in the Michael Johnson Classic 1,500-meter run...Finished in second place in the 10,000-meter run at the Lone Star Conference Championship (5/9) with a time of 39.37.07…Set a personal-best mark of 19:05.92 in the 5,000-meter run at the LSC Championship to earn a fourth-place finish...Also runs cross country for the Rambelles…Earned All-LSC honors in cross country, placing eighth as a freshman at the 2009 LSC Cross Country Championships.

High School: Named Team MVP in both cross country and track at Wellman-Union High School…Also competed in basketball and powerlifting for the Wildcats.
