2014: Qualified for the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in the heptathlon, triple jump and the 400-meter hurdles ... Won the LSC Championship in the 400-meter hurdles ... Earned all-conference at both the indoor and outdoor meets ... Set personal bests in the 200-meters (24.99), 800-meters (2:14.14), 100-meter hurdles (14.89), 400-meter hurdles (59.53), high jumps (1.59-meters), long jump (5.32-meters), triple jumps (12.49-meters), javelin (24.03-meters), heapthalon (5.059 points) and pentathlon (3530 points) ... Placed ninth in the 400-meter hurdles, 10th in the triple jump and 11th in the heptathlon at the national meet. 

2013: Competed in multiple events for the Rambelles. Qualified to the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships in the triple jump and the 4X400 relay. Finished second in the 400-meter hurdles, fourth in the heptathlon, fifth in the triple jump, and third in the 4X400 relay all at the 2013 LSC Outdoor Championships. Named to the USTFCCCA South Central All-Region team (400 hurdles, 400-meter relay and triple jump). Ambowode was also named to the 2013 LSC All-Conference team.

2012: Redshirted

High School: Ran the 320m hurdles, 400m hurdles and triple jump for her club team ... Finished fifth at nationals in both the 320m hurdles and triple jump.

Personal: Daughter of Redon Fatime ... Majoring in International Business.
