Biography
2013: Qualified to the 2013 NCAA Division II Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Gray finished second in the pentathlon at the Indoor Championships with a total of 3790 points. Set a career-best in the heptathlon at the ASU Spring Break Multi-Event with a total of 5083 points. Finished second at the 2013 LSC Outdoor Championships in the hep and also grabbed a handful of other points in other events to help the Rambelles win the conference title. At the Outdoor Championships Gray finished 12th overall in the hep with a total of 4865 points. Gray was also awarded All-Conference and USTFCCCA South Central All-Region.
2012: Placed in the heptathlon at the LSC Championships ... Competed in the 100-meter hurdles, long jump, shot put and heptathlon at the confernece championships ... Recorded season bests in the 200m (25.17), 800m (2:33.92), 100-meter hurdles (14.60), 400-meter hurdles (1:04.98), high jump (1.46m), long jump (5.47m), shot put (11.66m), javelin (23.37m) and heptathlon (4,749 points).
High School: Played basketball and ran track at Faith Academy of Marble Falls ... Won the state titles in the 100m, 300m and shot put her senior season ... Her freshman season won the 100m hurdle and 300m hurdle state tiltes ... Holds the record in the 100m hurdle and 300m hurdles.
Personal: Daughter of Boyd and Caressa Gray ... Majoring in English.
