Biography

2013: Competed in the throwing events for the Rambelles. Placed second at the 2013 LSC Outdoor Championships in the discus with a toss of 150’11” (46.01 meters). Nelley also won the discus at the David Noble Relays with a throw of 146’8” (44.71 meters).
