August 24: Meet the Freshmen
Angelo Sports introduces you to the newest members of the ASU cross country program in freshmen Chastity King, Josh Day and Graham Hazlewood. Each of them discusses what it has been so far practicing and being at Angelo State, building a relationship with their respective teams and the opportunity to run in their first collegiate meet on Friday, Aug. 31 at the Bear Twilight meet.
August 23: Sophomores Annifer Flores and Dylan Littlejohn
Sophomores Annifer Flores and Dylan Littlejohn discuss the start of the cross country campaign, the transition from being freshmen to now sophomores and the expectations of their teams and themselves.
August 22: The Juniors
Rambelle juniors Sofia Ramos and Katy Williams discuss the strenght and experience of the their team, the importance of working out over the summer in cross country and the first meet of the season, the Baylor Invitational on Aug. 31. Ramos also shares how being a member of the athletic training staff helps her and her teammates take care of their bodies.
August 21: The Seniors
Angelo State seniors - Jessica Boudreau, Emeline Crutcher, Kami Orsak and Isac Valdez - discuss the beginning of the upcoming season and the importance of it because it is the final one of their great careers at Angelo State.
August 20: First Day of Training
The Angelo State cross country programs returned to campus on Monday for physicals and to begin training in preparation for the start of the new season slated to begin at the Baylor Invitation on Aug. 31 in Waco.
The Baylor Invitational is one of five in-season meets for the Rams and Rambelles this year who are led by third-year head coach
