High School: A four-sport athlete at Jarrell High School…Started two years at center and tackle for the Cougars…Earned first team all-district honors as a senior after being named to the second team during his junior campaign...Lettered three years in basketball and was named the all-district co-MVP as a senior…Also selected to the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches All-Region Team…Earned first team all-district honors as a junior…A three-year letter winner in baseball as a first baseman…Threw shot put for the track team as a senior.
