2013: Played in 10 games at tight end ... Made one kick return against Texas A&M-Commerce.
2012: Played in four games ... Made first career reception for 19 yards.
2011: Redshirt season.
High School: Attended Victoria West High School where he was coached by Leonard McAngus…Caught 26 passes for 309 yards and three touchdowns as a senior...Served as the Warriors team captain and was named to the All-District 30-4A Second Team…Caught the game-winning winning pass in overtime against Beeville on fourth down to lift the Warriors to a 36-35 win…Threw the shot put for the track and field team as a sophomore and played post for the basketball team as a senior…Also the president of Victoria West's Fellowship of Christian Athletes chapter and an Eagle Scout.
