2023 (UNIVERSITY OF OHIO): Started 11 games, making 14 appearances… Finished with a team-high 60.1 innings pitched… Registered one shutout and led the team in strikeouts with 48… Sole Ohio pitcher to pitch a complete game (Toledo, April 7), earning MAC Co-Pitcher of the Week honors. 

PRIOR TO OHIO: Attended Danville Area Community College 2020-22, where he recorded 17 strikeouts and a 3.05 ERA in 2021 and 89 strikeouts and a 2.72 ERA in 2022… Named 2022 First Team All-Region 24… 2022 First Team All-MWAC… Threw a complete game one-hitter while striking out 12 against No. 6 Lincoln Land… Threw a complete game, two-hit shutout while striking out 11 against Illinois Central...Named First Team All-Area as a junior and was a two-time All-Conference honoree at Putnam County High School. 

PERSONAL: He is the son of Mike and Amy and has two siblings, Chad & Payton… Hobbies are playing golf and working out… Favorite athletes are Michael Jordan and Jacob DeGrom… Favorite sports teams are the Illinois Fighting Illini and the Chicago Cubs.
