One of three Rambelles to play in and start all 54 games, doing so at third base...hit .329 with a 1.042 OPS...recorded 56 hits with six doubles, two triples and a team-high 15 home runs...drove in a team-high 51 runs...scored 25 runs...slugged a team-best .653...drew 19 walks and struck out 27 times...had a .389 on-base percentage...led team with four sacrifice flies...went 4-for-5 on stolen base attempts...recorded 53 putouts and 92 assists...had a .954 fielding percentage...recorded 17 multi-hit games and two games with three or more hits...opened season with a six-game hitting streak, with five multi-hit games...opened season with a home run in each of the first four games...recorded multi-hit games in each game of series against Texas Woman's (3/7-3/8)...drove in six runs against Texas Woman's, including a "walk-off" grand slam for a run-rule victory over the Pioneers (3/8)...went 4-for-4 with two home runs against Western New Mexico (3/31)...was named to the LSC All-Academic Team and the All-LSC First Team for the second consecutive season.

Played in and started all 51 games at third base...hit .370 with seven doubles, one triple and 23 home runs...drove in 72 runs while scoring 45 times...drew 20 walks...OPS of 1.274...four sacrifice flies...2-2 on stolen base attempts...led LSC in OPS, home runs, RBIs, total bases, and slugging percentage...finished second in the country in home runs, and finished third in RBIs...17 multi-hit games...four multi-home run games...went 10-for-21 with six home runs and 17 RBIs in opening weekend to be named LSC hitter of the week...went 9-for-15 at the plate with seven home runs and 12 RBIs against UTPB and Western New Mexico to be named NFCA National Player of the Week (3/22)...became only the third player in LSC history to be named LSC Player and Academic Player of the Year in the same season, and first to do so in a one-division format...named first-team all-region by NFCA and D2CCA...named region player of the year by D2CCA...named NFCA First Team All-American, D2CCA Second Team All-American and CoSIDA Academic All-American.

2021
Finished the season with a .269 batting average, scoring seven runs... She registered 14 hits, four doubles, and one home run... She drove in 20 RBIs on the season... Named to the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll for the spring.

2020
Played and started in 25 games... finished the season with a batting average of .319, hitting 4 doubles and four HR's... drove in 17 RBI, scoring 11 runs... threw a 3.88 ERA, throwing for 21.2 innings and 11 strikeouts and a 2-1 record... season was cut short due to COVID-19.

2019: Transferred to Angelo State from UNLV.

High School – A 2018 graduate of Mansfield High School in Mansfield, Texas.  Lettered and started all four years as a pitcher and shortstop.  Was awarded her freshman year as Newcomer of the Year.  Earned District MVP in 2016 and 2018.  Earned District Pitcher of the Year in 2017.  Was named First Team All- State, FloSoftball First Team All-American and MaxPreps All-American.

Personal – Paxton is the daughter of Larry and Heather Scheurer.  She has three siblings, Piper, Gage, and Garrett Scheurer.  Paxton’s mom, Heather, played volleyball and softball at California University of Pennsylvania.  Paxton is majoring in Psychology.
