Douglas is a first-year graduate assistant and is the primary athletic trainer for our women’s soccer team. He joins the ASU sports medicine staff from Kansas State University where he obtained a dual bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and Kinesiology. Upon graduation he became a board certified and licensed athletic trainer as well as a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. He is currently working on his master’s in Coaching and Sports Administration.
During his time in Kansas, Doug participated in 7 years of college cheer. Three of those years were at Cowley County Community College and the remainder at Kansas State. Throughout these years, he also worked for the National Cheerleading Association and Varsity Spirit.
Mr. Chace is a product of Mulvane, KS where his mom, dad, and three sisters reside.
