SAN ANGELO – The Angelo State men's basketball team will look to continue their winning ways this weekend as they take on Eastern New Mexico and West Texas A&M.

The Rams have been led this season by senior guard Daron Mims, who is averaging 12.8 points and 2.4 rebounds per contest. Ronald Bell is also averaging 12.8 points per game and leads the team in rebounds per contest with 7.2. Antonio Singleton rounds out the double digit scorers, averaging 12.3 points and 3.6 rebounds per game while shooting 42 percent from the three point line.

Josh Boutte, Kiair Crouch, James Kirksey, Paul Williams, and Collin Turner have also been strong contributors for the Rams this season. Boutte is averaging 8.7 points and is second on the team at 7.1 rebounds per game. Crouch is averaging 7.9 points per game and is second on the team in total assists with 25. Kirksey has been a great all around player for the Rams this year and averages 7.6 points, 5.7 rebounds. 2.6 assists, and 2.2 steals per contest. Williams is coming off a career high 12 point performance and averages 7.3 points and 1.6 rebounds per game, and Turner averages 6.6 points and 2.4 rebounds.

Eastern New Mexico comes into the game with a record of 6-6 (3-1 LSC) and is coming off a road loss at UT Permian Basin.

West Texas A&M comes into the contest with a record of 15-2 (4-0 LSC) and is currently in first place in the conference.
