Josh Boutte hails from New Iberia, Louisiana. He comes to ASU from Sam Houston State University. He previously played at Dodge City Community College. Josh-Shot 61.6% the field with a career high 12 pts and 12 Rebounds vs McNeese during his one season at Sam Houston State. Averaged 16 points and 11.7 rebounds per game as a sophomore at Dodge City Community College and earned first team all-conference and all-region honors in addition to being an honorable mention all-America choice. During his freshman season Josh earned the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference's Freshman of the Year honors. Born in New Iberia, Son of Lenette Johnson, has 3 brothers and 1 sister.
