CANYON, Texas – The Angelo State University Belle soccer team fell to West Texas A&M on Thursday evening, 4-1.

- The Lady Buffs came out quick, notching a goal in the first five minutes of the game to lead 1-0.
- West Texas's momentum continued as Hannah Kelley-Lusk planted two goals in under two minutes to push the WT lead to 3-0.
- In the final six minutes of the first half, Trenadey Scott passed to Maddi Kyle who pushed the ball up to Gabby Villagrand in the crease and placed the ball in the net to put ASU on the board and trail 3-1 heading into the half.
- In the second half, the Belles struggled to find momentum as they fell 4-1.
- The Belles outshot the Lady Buffs, 18-11, with seven landing on target.
