SAN ANGELO, Texas – The Angelo State Belle Volleyball team played a hard fought victory over the Dallas Baptist Patriots on Senior Day, 3-1.
The Belles improve to a 25-2 overall record, and a 17-1 conference record.

- With Meghan Parke to serve first for the Belles, Angelo State jumped to an early 2-0 lead in set one, with Parker registering an ace as well.
- A kill from Bailey Drum, attack errors from DBU, and Makenna Hanssen's serving capabilities pushed the Belles to extend their lead to 6-2.
- Kills from Sophia Berg and Kailyn Gilbreath extended the Blue and Golds lead to 9-3.
- Drums serving capabilities showed her skill level as she served for six straight points for Angelo State, bringing the lead to 15-4, including one service ace.
- The Patriots made a comeback to cut the lead down to 10 off of kills and attack errors from the Belles, the score at 22-12.

- DBU went on a three serve run to move ahead of the Belles, 8-6.
- Hanssen served Angelo State into the lead, serving for three straight points, with Chinn and Berg securing two kills for the Belles to bring the score to 12-11.
- Parker extended ASU's lead over DBU to 22-16, serving for five straight serves and Berg and Chinn adding two kills each.
- Chloe Patton served the Blue and Gold to the end of set three, 25-17.

- Morgan Preston served for three serves to bring the Belles to a 6-2 lead over Dallas Baptist in set four.
- Gilbreath extended the lead to 9-3 with her serving capabilities, with Chinn and Patton each adding a kill to their repertoires.
- Dallas Baptist attempted a comeback to bring the Belles lead to three points at 15-12, and ASU answered back with Preston serving for two serves to bring the score to 18-14.
- Gilbreaths and Pattons serving capabilities gave ASU the momentum it needed to end set four and the match in their favor, 25-18.

- Sundara Chinn led the Belles offense into action as she registered 15 kills against the Patriots, Gilbreath following closely behind with 14.
- Meghan Parker and Lindsey Ledyard were Angelo States most versatile players against DBU. Parker registered 24 assists, five digs, and two service aces, while Ledyard registered 23 assists, and 10 digs.
- Makenna Hanssen became ASU's mole as she registered 30 digs for the Belles, Haley Coulter following behind in second with 12.
