Belles Stun in Day Two of Invite

Match 1: ASU 3, FLC 1

In set one, Meghan Parker went on a 4-0 serve run, before Fort Lewis ended the run, scoring in the process.
The Belles continued to dominate in the first set, taking the set 25-15, taking a 1-0 lead in the match.
In set two, the two teams traded points at 20-20, with Fort Lewis taking the lead 21-20 off of a kill by Ohiyah Shirley.
At 23-23, Fort Lewis tied it up with a point from Courtney Laliberte and went on to take the set 25-23, which tied the match 1-1.
Set four was neck and neck until Kaitlyn Gilbreath came up to serve, where she set the pace for the Belles to pull away from Fort Lewis 12-10.
Makenna Hanssen picked up the pace and helped ASU pull farther away to 21-14. Lindsey Ledyard used that momentum to finish the match for ASU 25-15.

Match 2: ASU 3 NWOK 0

ASU dominated in match two taking set one, 25-14.
In set two, Parker and Hanssen took charge on setting ASU up for an early 10-3 lead.
Haley Coulter continued on with the serves, setting the Belles up to a 21-8 lead.
In set three, with the match neck and neck, Parker took over to serve for the Belles at 12-10, to push them to another win in the tournament.
