SAN ANGELO, Texas – The 11
th-ranked Angelo State women's tennis team will host its final two home Lone Star Conference matches this weekend as the Belles take on Cameron on Friday before facing Arkansas Fort Smith on Saturday for senior day at the ASU Tennis Courts.
Saturday's senior day presentation will take place at 9:30 a.m. before the start of the match against the Lions.
The Belles take an 11-3 overall record into the weekend and are perfect in LSC action at 6-0.
LAST TIME OUT:
Angelo State tallied two conference wins on the road last weekend, defeating DBU 6-1 before holding on to a 4-3 victory over 17
th-ranked Midwestern State.
Dianela Rodriguez clinched the match against the Mustangs with a 6-3, 3-6, 6-2 win at the No. 3 position.
Virginie Becht went 4-0 on the weekend, winning both doubles matches, and two singles matches at No. 6.

SCOUTING CAMERON:
The Aggies enter the weekend with a 7-7 overall record. After opening conference play with a win over Arkansas State, Cameron has struggled in league play, holding a 1-4 conference record. The Aggies have lost five straight matches, falling to St. Mary's 6-1 most recently.
Alex Lopez leads the Aggies with an 11-3 record, playing mainly at the No. 3 and No. 4 positions. In doubles play she holds a record of 6-7 with Filar Jaurena, tying for the most wins on the team. Following Lopez is Lea Manga and Julianne Garcia and with nine and eight wins respectively.

SCOUTING ARKANSAS FORT SMITH:
The Lions are still looking for their first conference win of the season as they travel to ASU with a 4-6 overall record, going 0-5 in LSC action. UAFS started the season strong, winning three of its first four matches but have struggled as of late, losing the last four consecutive duals, including a 7-0 loss to the Rattlers last Friday.
Petra Csizmadia leads the Lions with a 7-3 record in singles play, with all seven wins coming at the No. 5 spot. Milena Achiamov and Bianca Koen hold the best doubles record on the squad with a 7-3 record as a duo at the No. 2 spot.
