• UAFS finished 12th in the Lone Star Conference, going 3-11 in their division, 8-14 in the conference, and 10-18 overall last season.
• The Lady Lions are projected to finish 14th in the Lone Star Conference preseason poll.
• The Lady Lions return the second-leading scorer from last year's team, Hannah Boyett, who averages nine points and two rebounds. 
• The University of Arkansas-Forth Smith is currently 2-6 overall and 0-2 in conference.
• This year, the Lady Lions score 60.6 PPG and allow 62.6 PPG.
• The Lady Lions shoot  37 percent from the field, 25 percent from behind the line, and 66 percent from the free-throw line.
• Angelo State leads the all-time series 2-1 over University of Arkansas-Fort Smith.

Angelo State vs Oklahoma Christian

• Oklahoma Christian finished 11th in the Lone Star Conference, going 6-8 in their division, 8-14 in conference play, and 8-18 overall last season.
•  The Eagles are projected to finish 9th in the Lone Star Conference preseason poll. 
• The Eagles return the leading scorer from last year's team, Brooklin Bain, who averages nine points and six rebounds.
• Oklahoma Christian is 2-4 overall and 1-1 in conference. 
• This year, the Eagles score 64 PPG and allow 66 PPG.
• Oklahoma Christian shoot 37 percent from the field, 32 percent from deep, and 68 percent from the charity stripe.
