LAWTON, Okla. – The fifth-ranked Angelo State baseball team scored nine runs in the fifth inning to down Cameron 15-4 in game four and sweep the series at McCord Field on Sunday afternoon.
The Rams have swept their first two series of the season to improve to 8-0 overall and in Lone Star Conference action.
Angelo State tallied four runs to open the scoring in the second inning.

Kamden Kelton bunted to bring home
Thomas Cain. Valasek stole home in a double-steal to make it 4-0.
The Aggies cut into the lead in the bottom half of the inning, hitting a solo home run before scoring on a wild pitch.
In the fourth inning, Kelton added another run for the Rams, hitting a solo shot over the left field wall to make it 5-2.
Mason Bryant started on the mound for ASU, throwing four innings of work with seven strikeouts and two earned runs.
The Rams opened the scoring in the fifth inning, pouring on nine more runs.
Austin Beck hit a bases-clearing triple while Cain hit a two-run homer to center field. After ASU added a run on a wild pitch by the Aggies,
Jordan Williams picked up two more runs with a home run to left center to extend the lead to 14-2.
In the sixth inning,
Jacob Guerrero picked up an RBI with a single up the middle to score Beck on the play.
The Rams return home next weekend as they host a four-game conference series against UT Permian Basin beginning Friday, Feb. 17.
