Plano, Texas - The Angelo State women's tennis team defeated Collin College 6-1 on Sunday afternoon.
 
With the victory, the Rambelles move to 7-0 to start the season.
 
The pairing of Sasa Felixova and Anastasia Melnikova defeated Sera Kerakassis and Camila Luzardo 6-2 to win the first doubles match of the day.
 
Nao Watanabe and Mii Naito defeated Jade Bestagno and Danaiya Amangazhiyeva to make the score 1-1 in doubles play.  The Decisive point came down to Margaux Rene and Benedetta Raggiotti, who defeated Maraqaylar Tere and Marie-Alix Urcun 7-5 to give the Rambelles the 1-0 advantage heading into singles play. 
 
Anastasia Melnikova defeated Nao Watanabe 6-2, 6-2 to give the Rambelles a 2-0 advantage.
 
Anna Waché would defeat Marie-Alix Urcun 6-2, 6-3 in decisive fashion, giving the Belles a 3-0 lead.
 
Sasa Felixova would defeat Mii Naito 6-0, 6-0 to clinch the victory for the Rambelles, giving them a 4-0 advantage. 
 
Benedetta Raggiotti would extend her unbeaten streak to seven consecutive matches as she defeated Camila Luzardo 6-1, 6-2 to give the Rambelles a 5-0 lead. 
 
Emma Garcia-Gomez would get the best of Jade Bestagno 7-6, 2-6,10-5 to record the first point for Collin College.
Margaux Rene would defeat Marqaylar in a three-set thriller 7-6 (10-5), 4-6, 10-6 to give the Rambelles a final score of 6-1.
