The Belles return one of the top-ranked players in the nation, Sophomore
Margaux Rene from Soisy-Sur-Siene, France, who is currently ranked 12th in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association computerized rankings.Â

Rene is coming off a season in which she won Freshman of the Year in the Lone Star Conference after recording a 15-7 record, the best on the team.Â

Vasilissa Kupriianova is No. 26 in the singles rankings, and
Danaiya Amangazhiyeva is No. 41 in the singles rankings. The pairing of
Margaux Rene and
Benedetta Raggiotti ranks 35th nationally in doubles play. The pairing of
Margaux Rene and
Sasa Felixova ranks 38th nationally. The team is 44th in the nation.

The Belles returned two players from last year's roster, Sophomores
Benedetta Raggiotti and
Margaux Rene. Raggiotti was 14-7 in singles play last year.Â

The Belles bring five freshmen and one sophomore into the fold:
Danaiya Amangazhiyeva from Almaty, Kazakhstan,
Jade Bestagno from Saint Maxime, France, and
Sasa Felixova from Sala, Slovakia,
Anastasiia Melnikova from Moscow, Russia, and Anna Waché from Paris, France, and
Vasilissa Kupriianova from Ryazan, Russia, a North Georgia Transfer.

Rene was the Singles Player of the Week in Week Two. Rene and Raggiotti were honored as the Doubles Team of the Week in Week Two.

Raggiotti leads the team with 10 wins in singles play.
Danaiya Amangazhiyeva and
Benedetta Raggiotti are undefeated at 10-0 and 9-0 in singles action. The Belles are 54-9 overall in singles play.

Benedetta Raggiotti is 9-1 overall as a pair. The Belles are 24-8 overall.Â

In the Belles, first matchup on March. 17th, they will be taking on Emporia State. Emporia State is 6-2 overall, defeating Ouachita Baptist 4-3 in their last matchup. Erin Cahill is currently 6-0, leading the team in wins with six. The Hornets are 21-15 overall in singles play. The Belles are 1-0 over the Hornets, last defeating them 7-0 on March 12th, 2024.Â

On March. 19th, they will be taking on Shippensburg, who is 3-3 overall. Jade Miller, Brinley Orris, and Rachel Gallagher are 3-2 overall, tied for the team lead in singles play. The Raiders are 18-13 overall in singles action. This will be the first matchup between the two teams.
