Jason Potthoff has started his fourth season strong as the Rambelles have gotten off to a 9-0 start after recording a 15-7 record last season.Â

The Belles return one of the top-ranked players in the nation, Sophomore
Margaux Rene from Soisy-Sur-Siene, France, who is currently ranked ninth in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association preseason poll.Â

Rene is coming off a season in which she won Freshman of the Year in the Lone Star Conference after recording a 17-5 record, the best on the team.Â

The Belles returned two players from last year's roster, Sophomores
Benedetta Raggiotti and
Margaux Rene. Raggiotti was 14-7 in singles play last year.Â

The Belles bring five Freshmen and one Sophomore into the fold:
Danaiya Amangazhiyeva from Almaty, Kazakhstan,
Jade Bestagno from Sainte Maxime, France,
Sasa Felixova from Sala, Slovakia,
Anastasiia Melnikova from Moscow, Russia, Anna Waché from Paris, France, and
Vasilissa Kupriianova, from Ryazan, Russia, a North Georgia transfer.Â

Rene was the Singles Player of the Week in Week Two. Rene and Raggiotti were honored as the Doubles team of the Week in Week Two.

Raggiotti and Felixova lead the team in victories with eight. The Rambelles have three undefeated players in singles play. Raggiotti is 8-0, Amangazhiyeva is 7-0, and Rene is 6-0. As a team, the Rambelles are 44-7 in singles play.

The pairing Raggiotti and Rene lead the team for wins in doubles play with eight. The duo is 8-0 heading into the Central Oklahoma matchup. The team is 22-4 in doubles play.Â

The Rambelles are the only team in the Lone Star Conference that is undefeated heading into conference action.Â

The Rambelles will face off against Central Oklahoma for the eighth time in school history tomorrow. UCO holds a 6-2 record over the Rambelles. The Rambelles won the last matchup 4-3 last year.
