2010: Saw action in 11 games for the Rams and took the mound three times as a sophomore…Finished the season with a .429 batting average, two runs scored and two RBIs…Made three relief appearances pitching 5.2 innings and striking out three.
 
2009: Appeared in 10 games with one start as a freshman…Tallied five hits and five runs scored…Scored a season-high two runs, recorded his only hit and drove in his only run at Tarleton State on Feb. 28… Played summer ball for the Yankees of the Arizona Collegiate League with teammate Brian Brademan…Batted .409 with three doubles and eight RBIs…Also appeared in eight games with one start on the mound…Posted a 1-1 record, 2.70 ERA, 24 strikeouts and nine walks in 20 innings pitched.
