Sally Brooks' Take: :"One of our two seniors and she has worked extremely hard in the weight room and on the court since the day she stepped on campus. She has developed her game to make herself more valuable to the team.  She has led the team in taking charges the last two years and has been selected by her teammates for the “Tough as Nails” award for two years in a row. She has always been willing to sacrifice for the team."

2011-12: Started all 28 games for ASU...Led the team in minutes played (30.4) and steals (35)...Averaged a career-best 6.8 points and 5.0 boards per contest...Scored a career-high 20 points versus Texas A&M-International on Nov. 11...Grabbed a season-best eight rebounds six times during the year...Shot 13-of-15 from the free throw line against Texas A&M-International, both personal-bests...Played the full 40 minutes against Texas Woman's on Nov. 30...Had a season-high five assists at West Texas A&M on Dec. 17.

2010-11: Appeared in 26 games for the Belles with 11 starts...averaged 3.8 points and 3.7 rebounds per game...Was third on the team in assists with 33...Scored a season-high 11 points three times: versus Texas A&M International on Nov. 18, versus Teas A&M-Commerce on Dec. 2 and again at Texas A&M-Kingsville on Jan. 19...Grabbed a season-high ten rebounds versus Texas A&M International to record a double-double...Dished out a season-high three assists seven times...Also recorded a season-best three steals three times. 

2009-10: Appeared in 25 games with two starts as a true freshman…averaged 2.3 points, 1.6 rebounds and 11 minutes per game…Scored a season-high 14 points versus Eastern New Mexico on Feb. 20…Pulled down a season-high four rebounds on two occasions: at Texas A&M-Kingsville on Jan. 20 and at West Texas A&M on Feb. 17…Dished out a season-high three assists at Texas Woman’s on Dec. 12.

High School: Two-time all-state selection at Thorndale High School…Earned all-region and all-district accolades three times during prep career and was a four-time academic all-district pick…Named Newcomer of the Year as a freshman and honored at team MVP each of her final three seasons…Named academic all-state as a senior for the Lady Dogs…Helped guide her squad to four straight district titles and a state semifinal appearance as a junior…Played club ball for the Georgetown Hotshots…Also lettered in cross country and track at THS…Two-time state qualifier in the 3,200-meter run…Four-time state qualifier in cross country.

Personal: Born July 4, 1991…Daughter of James and Janna Youngblood…Twin sister, Lindsey, also plays for the ’Belles…Major is undecided.
