"Xavier has good court vision and is a good passer.  He is strong with the ball and is an excellent point guard.  He is a good shooter and has a high basketball IQ.  He is tough and competitive."

Prior to ASU
Chargois was selected to the 2011 Division II 3rd team NJCAA Region XX Men’s basketball team after averaging 15 points, 4.7 assists and 2.9 steals per game for CCBC-Dundalk. He shot 44 percent from the field, 48 percent from three-point range, and 76 percent from the free-throw line.
