Davis joins the Rams pitching staff with one year of eligibility remaining after pitching for the Baylor Bears the last three seasons... Went 3-1 with 26 strikeouts in 31 appearances in his three seasons in Waco... Coming out of Mexia High, Davis was ranked No. 27 in the state of Texas and 215th in the nation by Perfect Game... A three-sport star in the sports of baseball, football and basketball, he went 8-3 on the mound with 97 strikeouts as a senior while also hitting .612 with 40 RBIs.
