Prior to Angelo State
Spear finished his sophomore season with seven doubles, two triples, 26 total hits and 19 RBI at Western Texas College during the 2014 season… Play in 36 games and hit .312 in conference play… Was a star play at Cooper High School in Lubbock where he hit .444 with seven home runs and 52 RBI during his senior season… Helped lead team to the Class 5A regional semifinals… Was named the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal All-City Player of the Year after leading Lubbock Cooper to a 30-5 record in 2012.

If I wasn’t playing baseball I would be: Working and going to school
After graduating from Angelo State University, I want to: Run a small business.
