2010: Played centerfiled at Howard College under head coach Britt Smith…Named to the All-America Third Team and earned WJCAC Co-MVP honors…Hit .441 with 21 doubles, 11 home runs, 73 runs and 42 stolen bases.
 
2009: Earned All-Conference, All-Regional and All-America honors at Howard College…Won a Gold Glove for his defensive abilities…Named Conference MVP and Defensive Player of the Year…Helped the Hawks win the National Championship…Chosen by the Atlanta Braves in the 2009 Major League Baseball Draft.
