Foster started 21 of 32 games in his junior season and averaged 8.3 points and 4.0 rebounds … He held the third spot in free throws for the Rams attempting 103 shots and making 74 of those shots giving him a free throw percentage of .718 … In the opening round of the Lone Star Conference Tournament, Foster went a perfect 8 for 8 at the free throw line against Texas A&M Kingsville helping to secure the Rams victory… He finished the season second in assists amongst the roster with a total of 68… In a home game against Arlington Baptist he totaled 7 assists and went 4 for 6 from the field … On the defensive side he was second on the roster in steals with a total of 43 and third in blocks with a total of 31… In the rematch between ASU and Tarleton, Foster would make a game-tying three pointer in overtime to force double overtime leading to a Rams victory… By the end of the Rams season he would total 265 points and a total of 129 rebounds.
