Prior to Angelo State
Nikita, the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference Player of the Year and an NJCAA Second Team All-American, led the ACCAC in scoring during his sophomore season at Arizona Western College. He averaged 18.9 points per game and set a career high with 36 points against Pima. He recorded 5.5 rebounds per game along with 4.4 assists . As a sophomore, Nikita led Arizona Western to a 21-10 record.
