Sally Brooks' Take: "Cassi had a very solid freshman year. She is a very confident player and I am very excited about her contributions as a sophomore. She can shoot the ball and she is courageous about  attacking the basket.  She is a mentally tough player, a great teammate, and I am really expecting big things from her this year."

2011-12: Played in 27 games for ASU logging 20.0 minutes per game...Averaged 5.8 points and 1.9 rebounds...Had 26 3-point makes, second on the team...Scored a season-high 21 points at Abilene Christian on Jan. 17...Was 5-for-6 from three point range at ACU...Dished out a season-high four assists versus Texas A&M-Kingsville.

High School: Played basketball all four years at Hico High School under coach Brad Stegall...Helped the Lady Tigers win bi-district championships in 2008 and 2010 and regional semifinalists in 2009 and 2011...In 2008 she was named the Newcomer of the Year in district 2A...In 2009 she won the district MVP...In 2010 and 2011 she was the Offensive Player of the Year and earned a place on the All-Region and All-State Teams...Earned a spot on the district All Academic team all four years...Also played volleyball, softball and ran track.
