Why I chose Angelo State: Angelo State gave me the opportunity to pursue a higher education, play volleyball, and be near family. 
Major: Masters in Counseling
Career plans after graduation: Gain an LPC and work with substance abuse victims.

Favorite volleyball memory: When my best friend and teammate couldn't play for her senior night because of an injury, my college coach let her sub in for me so that she could serve the ball one last time in our home gym.
