Nickname: Lay-lah (it came from my younger sister's first attempts to say my name when we were little) 
Why I love volleyball: I know it's very cliché but I just love the sport. There a few feelings better than playing an intense game of volleyball, winning, and being a part of a team.
Person I admire the most: My grandpa, Pete. 
Favorite TV show: Grey's anatomy
Least favorite TV show: Family Guy, King of the Hill, or The Simpsons...I dislike them all. 
Favorite actress: Reese Witherspoon or Rachel McAdams
Favorite actor: Denzel Washington or Kevin Costner
Favorite movie: The Notebook or For Love of the Game 
Favorite book: Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers
Favorite restaurant: Salt Grass or Texas Roadhouse 
Concert I dream of going to: Keith Urban
Song I sing well: You don't want me to sing...Trust me.
Dream vacation: Either Greece or the Bahamas!
Why I chose Angelo State: They have a great art program and volleyball program. 
Major: Art with a concentration in Graphic Design
Career plans after graduation: I plan to begin working as a graphic design artist and eventually become an art director.
Talent few know about: I'm a baby whisperer. All children love me.

Favorite volleyball memory: Winning the NCCAA national championship my freshman year of college at my prior school, McMurry.
