SEARCY, Arkansas – The Angelo State Belles played an impressive game against a veteran Harding University team, however they were unable to pull out the win against the Bisons, as the Belles lost 67-89.

- Asia Davis scored 11 points for the Belles, registering two steals, two rebounds, and three assists.
- Catara Samuel registered five rebounds, one assist, and 10 points for Angelo State.
- De'Anira Moore registered nine rebounds, one assist, four blocks, and nine points for the Belles.
- The Belles shot 31.9 percent from the field, making 22 field goals in the process.
- Harding had three seniors, Peyton Padgett, Taylor Sims, and Cheyenne Brown that were able to lead the Bison over the Belles in their first victory against a ranked opponent since the 2017 South Central Regional Finals when they played the No. 6 Emporia State.
- Harding shot 12 three pointers to clinch the victory over the Belles, with Kaylee Coulter, a sophomore from Fayetteville, Arkansas, having four of them.
- Harding was able to extend their lead over ASU in the third quarter by shooting 56 percent from the field and keeping the Belles to just three baskets total in the third.
