Series History
The Blue and Gold led the all-time series against Tarleton State, 41-37. The Rams and Texans last met on the hardwood on January 31, 2019 with the Rams edging out the victory, 64-62, over TSU.
Ronald Bell led the offense and defense, notching a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds.
Marcel Pettway was right behind with 10 points and eight rebounds. The Texans come to the Junell Center with a 4-3 record overall and a 0-1 record in conference play.

The Rams and Patriots met for the first time in school history on the hardwood on Saturday. DBU comes to Stephens Arena with a 5-0 record overall and a 1-0 record in conference action. Chandler Jacobs leads the Patriot offense with a 19.8 points per game average. Jonathyn Washington leads the defense with a total of 25 rebounds and holds a 5.0 rebound per game average.

Angelo State had a big weekend in Kingsville, Texas at the Thanksgiving Tournament. The Rams picked up two more wins, defeating Texas A&M Texarkana and Colorado State University-Pueblo. Against TAMUT, the Rams claimed a 75-62 victory with four players scoring in double-digits including
Collin Turner (18), Bell (16),
Jeremy Hayes (13), and
Andres Ibarguen (10). Ibarguen and Bell came up short of double-doubles with nine rebounds apiece. Against CSUP, Ibarguen picked up his third double-double of the season, grabbing a season-high 12 rebounds and scored 13 points in the 92-79 victory.
Paul Williams had an impressive outing, scoring 22 points to lead the Rams offense. Bell (16), Turner (15), and Hayes (15), all scored in double digits as well to contribute to the offense.

The Blue and Gold will have a week off before hitting the road again to Wichita Falls, Texas, and Lawton, Oklahoma, to take on Lone Star Conference opponents Midwestern State University and Cameron University on December 19 and December 21, respectively.
