SAN ANGELO – On the night the Angelo State volleyball team honored the five seniors on their team, the Rambelles started the quintet's final weekend on their home floor in style with an emphatic sweep of UAFS on Friday night inside the Junell Center - Stephens Arena. 
The first set proved to be the tightest between the two sets, with the Belles prevailing 25-21; they then took sets two and three 25-20 and 25-18.
For the match, the Belles hit .240 while holding the Lions to a .156 mark; they out-killed the visitors 48-30 and out-dug the Lions 56-44.
Senior 
Hannah Kinnison led all players with 12 kills on the evening, with half of those coming in the first set.
Fellow senior 
Elsa Lamphere tallied 11 kills and hit .375 for the match; 
Evelyn Torres matched Lamphere with 11 kills as well.
Madi Parrish had seven kills and led all players with 15 digs; middles 
Marina Sanchez and 
Cate Boldrick only committed one error between them, hitting a combined .333.
Sanchez added a pair of service aces, the most for the Belles, while Boldrick led the team with a pair of blocks.
Senior 
Laney Dale led the Belles with 23 assists, while 
Kayla Baer fell one dig short of a double-double with 17 assists to go with nine digs.
The Belles improve to 21-4 on the season and 11-2 in conference play; their home finale, Military Appreciation Day, will start on Saturday at 2 p.m. against Oklahoma Christian.
